Nethaji Pusapati
Founder & CEO | Nirudhyog
While most people wait for perfect conditions to start, Nethaji Pusapati built Nirudhyog from scratch in February 2024 with just one belief — if students get the right guidance and opportunities at the right time, they can change their entire career story.
A 21-year-old entrepreneur, career mentor, and ex-army aspirant turned startup founder, Nethaji leads everything at Nirudhyog — from college partnerships, training modules, student mentorship, to placement drives.
He’s not a suit-and-tie CEO sitting in an office. He’s the guy who’s in your college canteen, career seminars, training labs, and LinkedIn DMs making things happen.
And this is just Year 1.

Company Founded
Started with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry demands by empowering students with practical skills and career support.
First Training Batch Launched
Officially kicked off the first offline and online training batch focused on Full-Stack Web Development, AI/ML foundations, and Placement Preparation.
Expanded to 5 Colleges
Within a few months, partnered with 5 engineering colleges in Hyderabad for technical workshops, career sessions, and placement-oriented training programs.
Crossed 120+ College Partnerships & 17,000+ Students Trained
Grew from a single classroom initiative to training 17,000+ students (offline and online) across 120+ engineering colleges through regular workshops, training batches, hackathons, and placement drives with 13,600+ students successfully placed.
Scaling New Heights
Continuing to expand into more colleges, increasing student outreach, launching internship opportunities, and building placement-ready career services for students across India.
